These mammals enjoy the warm waters during the cold winter months courtesy of the Florida electric company in Tampa. There are about 75 manatees hanging out, which is more than years past. So that's good. But seriously, this makes me want to be an environmentalist. Toxins are pouring into the air and the water. Can there really ever be such a thing as clean coal?
